WebDialogs Completes Co-Marketing Agreement with Skype and
Unyte™ Is Featured on Skype for Business Website
Billerica, Mass., March 16, 2006 – WebDialogs, Inc., a leading provider of Web conferencing and data collaboration solutions, today announced it had 30,000 users of Unyte™ in its first 30 days of general availability.

Launched February 15, Unyte provides seamless escalation from a Skype chat or voice call to a web conference. WebDialogs Unyte enables both business and consumer users to securely share documents, applications or their desktops, give presentations, demonstrate software and conduct meetings with anyone, anywhere, anytime quickly and easily with just a web browser.
Unyte 1.0 is Skype certified, which means it passed Skype's rigorous testing program that ensures products are safe, offer an excellent user experience and are seamlessly integrated with the Skype application.
In addition, last week, Skype announced that Unyte would be available as an enhanced service offering on its Skype for Business website (www.skype.biz), which helps small businesses manage communications, improve productivity and reduce costs. Skype for Business users can download Unyte for free from www.unyte.net.
WebDialogs Unyte is also expanding its reach by partnering with key Skype affiliates, such as Skylook (www.skylook.biz). WebDialogs Unyte offers Skype users free 1 to 1 sharing always and free 1 to 4 sharing until April 2. After April 2, 1 to 4 sharing will cost just $9.95/month and will include additional premium features.
WebDialogs plans to make Unyte available to non-Skype users through a "meet me" capability later this spring. An SDK will also be forthcoming to facilitate the integration of Unyte into third party products and services.
