Agreement Brings On-Demand Conferencing to Small and Mid-sized Businesses
Lexington, Mass. – November 14, 2005 - Ipswitch, Inc., the leading developer of network management, messaging and file transfer solutions, today announced a promotion with WebDialogs, a leading provider of online meeting and communications solutions, to deliver high quality reservationless audio and web-conferencing services to Ipswitch Collaboration Suite (ICS) users. ICS features e-mail and real-time collaboration, calendar and contact list sharing and protection from spam and viruses in a package designed specifically for small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs). Customers who purchase ICS starting today will receive 500 minutes of WebDialogs’ Meeting Central Express service, enabling them to extend the collaborative capabilities of ICS to live web meetings with multiple participants.

ICS customers will receive 500 meeting minutes free and the option to purchase more from WebDialogs. Meeting Central Express delivers toll-free voice service, presentation and application sharing for up to 50 participants, and a reservationless system that makes it easy to schedule and conduct meetings on short notice. Meeting Central Express, like ICS, is designed with the small to mid-sized business user in mind, providing high quality service tailored to SMB budgets and usable by customers of all skill levels.
