Before you conduct your first rehearsal and/or event we recommend you follow the steps listed below. NOTE: Event Central is now IBM Lotus Sametime Unyte Events.
Attention Internet Explore 7 Users:
If you use the application sharing feature, you will need to install a new application sharing component to accommodate the changes Microsoft® implemented in Internet Explorer 7. This is a one time requirement. You can either install the Host Options kit by clicking on the link on this Web page or install it when you start your application session during your meeting. If you have any questions or require assistance please contact Support at 888-376-0105.
Step 1
If you intend to share applications, download the Host Options Kit by clicking on the link below. If you do not need this feature, go to Step 2. .
Step 2
We recommend that you complete a System Check before your first meeting. If you elected to skip Step 1 above, you can ignore any reference to App Share Control when completing the System Check.
After completing Step 1 and 2 above you can immediately log-in to conduct your rehearsal or event. You will not have to complete these steps again prior to future rehearsals or events.
