Lotus Sametime Unyte Meeting service delivers integrated Web and voice conferencing through an intuitive user interface. Your participants will be able to join with one click. Enhance your meeting by using polling, chat and Q&A to engage your audience or record it for participants that miss your presentation.

Step 1
If you intend to share applications or want to install the Microsoft Outlook® plug-in so that you can use your Microsoft Outlook meeting request template to schedule meetings, install the Host Options Kit by clicking on the link below. If you do not need these features, go to Step 2.

We recommend that you complete a System Check before your first meeting. If you elected to skip Step 1 above, you can ignore any reference to App Share Control when completing the System Check.

After completing Step 1 and 2 above you can immediately log-in to your meeting. You will not have to complete these steps again prior to future meetings.
